Matt is a highly adaptable and distinguished marketing strategist known  for his expertise in accelerating revenue growth for an array of products in various industries,  forward thinking lead generation tactics, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, multi-unit franchise marketing, and brand/product differentiation.  His journey began at DDB Seattle, where he honed his skills on accounts for McDonald’s and Holland America Cruise Lines, eventually transitioning to a significant corporate marketing role with Panda Restaurant Group (Panda Express and Hibachi San). Matt’s impressive portfolio features successful campaigns for renowned brands, including Jack in the Box, Mathnasium, Bay Clubs, and Dave’s Hot Chicken. Most recently, Mr. Solomon served as the VP of Marketing for leading educational and psychological test and assessment publisher WPS, successfully developing campaigns for the ADOS-2, ABAS-3 and the TOD (Tests of Dyslexia), making them the most widely used products in their category.  Matt brings a wealth of testing and assessment knowledge to Ultimate Growth and will focus his expertise on the Sales Strengths Identifier (SSI) assessment and helping to bridge the gap between his client’s sales and marketing functions.
